Phil as built his career specializing in brownstone sales and rentals. He has been a broker/agent for over two decades.

Phil has served on several local school boards, created and hosts the All Points Borscht comedy event at Temple Beth-El each spring, and currently serves as a commissioner for the Alcohol Beverage Council.

Phil and his wife are raising their two children (and rescue dogs) in Hamilton Park.

Oksana has been a top sales agent since 2016. In addition to English, she is fluent in Polish, Russian, and Ukranian.

Oksana volunteers teaching English to recent Eastern European immigrants. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her toddler in Hamilton Park.

Licensed in New York State and New Jersey, her upbeat attitude translates to getting deals done.

Joan Koehler is a dedicated and patient realtor who takes time to understand the needs of her clients. She provides insight into the current tenor of the market, enabling her customers to make informed decisions.

Joan is a member of the Hamilton Park Neighborhood Association, Downtown JC Watch and Hamilton Park Greens Group and the Hoboken Historical Society. She also volunteers at the historic JC Harsimus Cemetery.
